3 JulyfilmTransformers 3D at West India Quay - Really enjoyed this but had to suspend all sense of reality. Transformers were brilliant, and it is emotional at times. Rated 4 out of 5.
14 May 2011training sessionParagon Gym in Shoreditch - Saturday morning catch-up training session. Not too tough, feeling much better about fitness levels after the trip to Nepal. Rated 5 out of 5.
13 May 2011restaurantYellow House in Surrey Quays - Fairly pricey especially for this neck of the woods. Specialises in pizzas but they do a wide variety of typical British food too. Pizzas were great, as was a brownie for dessert. Service was slow. Rated 2 out of 5.
9 May 2011gym sessionfor 1 hour - First body pump class in about a month and it was great... however my muscles felt the pain for 3 days. Rated 3 out of 5.

4 May 2011pubNothing but the Blues bar in Soho - Met up with an old friend Cara and her boyfriend here and stayed for some wicked music. Jimmy and the Blues Dragons was the name of the band. Free entry, open till well after 12, awesome place. Rated 5 out of 5.
3 May 2011training sessionParagon Gym in Shoreditch - 1st session of the Level 3 course with our new teacher Hazel. A few intimidating stories floating around regarding her fearsomeness but she seems nice enough. Killer session though. Rated 5 out of 5.
20 April 2011holidayto Nepal for 10 days - Short trip to Nepal to help our friends Nik and Sara celebrate their engagement\marriage. A completely different experience to all other countries I've visited. Rated 4 out of 5.
